How long does it usually take to build a website and take it live?
It depends on a couple of things:
- How quickly you can get us the materials we need
- How many projects are ahead of yours in our queue
We try to complete the rough draft of your home page within 3 business days of the time we get all the materials from you. From there, it depends on how quickly we all agree that the home page looks great. Once that page is done, the rest of the site is relatively easy to fill out. We strive to complete most websites within one month, including the on page SEO.
What can I expect once I contact you?
You will be contacted by email or the messenger you choosen, i.e. Skype, MSN, Yahoo or GTalk within 12 hours and will be explained step by step about domain, hosting and things we will need from your end.
Who owns the website and has control over the content?
You own it completely.
Can I add my own content to the website or do I need you guys to do that?
Yes, you can as we make website using WordPress so it enables you to log in any time and easily make content changes on your end. You can add new pages, blog posts, videos, audios, and so on without needing a web designer.
If you require any sort of help after the site goes live, we charge $10 an hour for this.
What are modes of payments?
We accept the following payments:
- Paypal
- Money Gram
- Western Union
If I have to do the 12 month payment plan, does that mean my site won’t go live until it’s paid off?
No, we will still build your website and take it live as quickly as possible. It’s just that you will have a longer period of time to pay it off.
Who hosts the site? Do I pay for hosting?
Yes, you as the client pay for your own hosting which is generally around $6.95 per month. We can suggest you the host you can sign up for but you will have to pay to host (except business plan).
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, but if you are on a payment plan and your monthly charge does not go through, we request that you rectify this on your own as quickly as possible. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days from the time your payment is declined, we reserve the right to bill you for the full amount owed that will be due immediately.
Do I have to set up email marketing on my website?
No, it is your choice, but it is highly recommended. You’ll notice that every internet marketer or online business sites implement it as it is truly one of the most important features of your website.
What if I already have a website but I want it to be redesigned? Do I need to get the whole web package?
You can fill the free consultation form and can talk to us or just fill out the form there and leave your domain name so we can look at it, then send the suggestions via email. Most of the time, we do have to rebuild the website from scratch. It just depends on what you want and what we think will be most beneficial from a marketing perspective.
I want to add an online shopping cart to my website. Can you do this for me?
Yes, if we are doing your website then you can tell about your complete website plan so that we are ready to intergate shopping cart as per your need.
Does it cost extra to add YouTube videos to my website?
No, we will add your YouTube videos you provide and it is within your package.
What are the additional expenses I can expect on top of the basic web package?
- Hosting - generally around $6.95 per month.
Can you guarantee that I will get a certain number of clients or sales from my website?
No, we cannot guarantee any kind of specific result from your website as this is beyond our control. What we can do is build you a site with all the necessary elements for success based on what we have seen work in the past.
Will I have to provide the content for website?
We will say YES, reason being you know what you exactly want on your website. We can check your content as per SEO point of view. You know about your business better that what services you provide and what you do so better if you provide the content for various pages of your website.
How do I know whether I need basic or advanced SEO?
Everyone needs at least basic SEO on their site. You would benefit from advanced SEO if you practice in a competitive area–like a big city where there are a lot of practitioners competing for online space. Otherwise it will be very difficult–if not impossible– to get on the first page of Google.
Do you guarantee that you’ll get my website on the first page of Google?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee first page Google results. What we can guarantee is that we will do everything within our power to make this happen. We are optimizing your chances (this is why it’s called search engine optimization instead of search engine guarantee).
After 3 months of SEO, we will assess your rankings and give you an honest evaluation of where to go from there. If you practice in a highly competitive market, we may need to do 1-2 more months of link building.
As a side note, be wary of companies that guarantee first page results. They are often using black hat techniques that can get you in trouble.
If you are doing the web package or you have signed up for our basic SEO services, you will likely get high Google rankings if you practice in an area without much online competition. Otherwise, you will likely need to sign up for advanced SEO to optimize your chances for high rankings.

Yes, every website need regular maintenance so we provide packages with website maintenance on monthly basis.
